The Villages at Battleship Point is mixed-use development slated to occupy the 8.36 acre land mass at the southernmost point between the Isabel Holmes Bridge and the Thomas Rhodes Bridge, on the western bank of the Northeast Cape Fear River, directly across from the central business district of Wilmington North Carolina.
The property, currently under contract by KFJ Development Group, has been used for a variety of industrial and marine fabrication purposes. It is severely in need of heavy remediation.
